Got absolutely screwed in 17 different ways by Titan tonight, unreal stuff to be honest.

I still managed to final table the $100 / $12.5k deep stack they have.

Then got this result on FTP, should of doen so much better but honestly thought this guy would lay down his overpair to the board. The way he played it he had to have it but even with all my outs nut flush draw 1 over and 2 others to make trips i missed for the CL with 5 left. In retrospect i should know by now these guys dont fold overpairs!! So that really cost me a shot at it.

Then in the late night $30R on Titan there are 94 runners left and i just took the chip lead come on baby back to back!!!

Played the PP $300k and none other than rdcrn took me out with his 44 vs my JJ AIPF!! suck sickaments

 Im also playing the FTP $750k and hopefully go deep there as well.

Well that win gives me a little bit of relief pity i have to cash half of it to pay the damn removalists but thats the way she goes.

Hopefully i can report back and let you know that i scored deep somewhere else as well

So for those that havent heard i had a huge downswing just before going to Vegas, playing really well but running oh so bad! Well in tournaments that continued in Vegas i played some Caesars Mega Stacks great value but had some major coolers. KK into AA once deep and then QQ into JJ on a QJJ flop (wtf ues live poker is oh so rigged) that was for the chip lead with 90 odd left in the $220 with 368 runners started - so very sick.

So didnt cash at all in tournies but man the cash games are just so bad its unreal. I only played $1/$2 and its really scary how bad it really is. For me to say cash was easy is frightening but its true. Everything i lost on tournies I made again playing cash!

Anyway had a great time and been back a couple of days and running as bad as before, the move to Oz is still going ahead and i have had to withdraw most of my roll and that together with my downswing has pretty much put an end to my roll - i got something like $1k left and end of June after all cashouts i was sitting over $25k - so pretty sick. I will be playing until i have used up this $1k and i wouldnt be redepositing at all so this is pretty much it.

Tonight didnt help when on the FT bubble of the $24k i got it allin for 4th in chips with AJ vs A10 for him to river the straight - pretty standard these 3 outers - lol

So had a real tough start to the month to be honest whereas i got off to a flyer in may not been the same this month, last night i only cashed once i think and then threw it away deep in the $17,5k when button made it 3k (500/1k) playing 27k i had 24k and shipped it in with 89 he called with AK and i was gone - think we were down to 3 tables - dont ask i have no idea why i shipped it. Didnt really feel up to playing last night when in quick succession my flopped nuts holding K5hh on a board of A104hhh i got it allin with the sb for a 40k pot in the FTP MSOP for a top 5 chip stack and he turned over A10 and hit his 4 outer. Straight after that on UB while crushing it literally sitting in top 5 get coolered KK vs AA for the CL.

That kind of made me want to go to bed and pretty much the icing was when on the button in the PS $3R i raised with KQss to 9k (1.5/3k) and the bb jams for like 85k!!! Im like such a steal and call he has 810 and rivers a 10!! ffs what can you do - he went 3rd in chips so so bad.

So im down for the month like $800 i think which is awful oh well hope it turns quickly.

So been going through my stats and its become real clear where i make my money - i mean why should i keep playing -EV MTTs if i never cash in them so heres what i have come up with;

While PP used to be my no 1 site i just cant win there anymore and its really frustrating to be honest.

Moving on to games on each site;

PP - $10, $10R, $20R, $30, $30R and the $100s

PS - $3R, $20R, $44 and the $50 1R+1A

UB - $30 and $30R

FTP - $20R, $24, $30R, $50, $69, $100 1R+1A and $120 KO

So its now very very clear i should only play rebuys right! I mean my money makers are clearly the $20R and $30R across all sites. This can only mean i enjoy the deeper stacks you get as it gives you more time to see flops make moves get away from marginal hands and still have play left in your stack. Interesting.

So does this mean i should only play these games - think thats something i need to look at in more detail at some stage.

So i think this means i should focus completely on rebuys as its clearly were i make my money and the rest arent even close (with the exception of the $69s on FTP). So whats next i need to find my patience level deep in a tournament again as im getting down to the last 3 tables and then making a stupid move to go bust and theres really no need for it, the other factor is once i have a stack im not using it to its full potential by making those marginal reraises etc at the right time and applying pressure. That let me down last night.

So disappointed at the moment and need to find my focus again - other issue i have with all the cost of moving to Oz im goign to ahve to cash out a chunk of my role to cover the cost of this which im not happy about. Also thinking about taking out a chunk to go play when im in Vegas in 3 weeks time

First off just got to say this and get it out of my system - im a wimp!!!! Plain and simple i know i make good reads and should alwaysgo with my gut if i did i wouldnt be writing this now probably still be at the final table of the FTP $750k!!! There i said it - i really do suck at poker.

Ok back to the beginning - so May came to a close and it was a really good month for me, I had my 2nd best month ever in my history of playing poker and it all came down to volume - i think. My profit for the month was $28k and i for the first time ever made money on all 4 sites i played on - yes even Stars!! So great month profitwise - i still feel it could have been an exceptional month bar me busting in big hands in big games with coolers or pushing to much every time. Oh well

So June started with the first day being a dreaded Sunday - yes sunday sickness was on us and i signed up for most of the biggies and when it reached 03.30 this morning i was stuck $2700!!! How you ask i have no fucking idea!! But stuck i was - i was still in 1 tourney and one only but it was the $750k and i had a stack!

So pretty pissed off with myself for somehow lettgin things get away from me yesterday and being stuck so much really hurt and then i started making headway in the $750k down to 200 then 100 then 80 and all the time im just above average in chips. Somehow i manage to make the last 3 tables (thats right people i got down to the last 3 tables in Tilts sunday major) and im sitting on about 12 bbs there are 23 runners left and i kind of got my tabel sussed as far as who is who. So UTG+1 (weak) makes it like 40k (blinds 8/16000 approx) and 1 fold gets to a good player who knows when to shove and shove he does for his whole stack 400k. i have AQ and i immediately went to call as i knew he had pegged the EP as weak (funny thing is if he hadnt of shoved i wold have with almost any 2) i know i got to call here but somehow i talked myself out of it and folded - the SB was committed as had lost most his chips hand before and they showed K6 and Q10…….omg!!!!! how fucking bad am i the board came Q high and held and i would of been top 5 in chips!!! I was so devastated by my mistake that very next hand without thinking things threw i shoved with KJ over an EP raise and he called with AK and i was out.

Im still in shock and completely reeling i knew i was ahead i could feel it but i didnt pull the trigger!!  I had played so well up and until that moment make one bad decision and im out! As i sit here now you kind of go through the motions of ‘what could of been’. Im so upset with myself i know i had to get it in there as i needed to double and even if his range includes PP which it did obv i should push as with 14 bbs or thereabouts its shove time with hands like that! So so upset.

The only positive was i got out of the whole i was stuck in as 23rd paid like $2775 or something like that which means i made a profit last night of $21! hey its better than a loss i was staring at but im still gutted.

im taking the next couple of days off - funny how 1 hand can affect you so much.

Only other cash was in the $17.5k which became like a $60k or something stupid i reraised a button raiser with A10hh and he shoved and yes even with 40 bbs i called like the donk i am!!! he showed QQ and i didnt even get excited or close! Im so bad at this game

Worse even was the PP Saturday big game - i get ready for the 18.00 start and try to log on at around 17.50 only to find i cant get online - so i start cursing and phoning Virgin and i even texted Mik with my login and password but he doesnt have his phone with him and i finally log on 2h45 aftyer the game has started to ifnd im down to 9975 from a starting stack of 20000 and blinds at 400/800 needless to say im pretty pissed off as its a REAL deep stack which i have effectively missed out on and its now a shove fest - i shove a couple of times with not much and get up to 18k then get dealy KK UTG i come in for a raise which is called by sb and bb flop comes 10 high and i get it in with the bb who has 1010 - within 30-45 mins - ty gg nh fu.

This is such a cruel game sometimes…….no all the time - lol

So i didnt manage to take down a game on PP, FTP or Bodog i bubbled the final table of the PP $30R - sick, then bubbled the final table of the FTP $65k thats right the nightly big one - more sickness. I also got 8th i think in the big $30R on FTP - im so so bad

At one stage lat night i was down like quite a bit - think $1500 but then i managed to win the $30R on UB again for just under $3k so that eased the pain. So ended the night up but man to think how sick th enight could of been is really quite shocking!

So anyway I havent changed my opinion i still suck at this game.

I moved up another spot in the UK rankings which is good up to 7, 6 is a long long was away imo;

 other than that im up with my boy at the moment and will go get some sleep hopefully soonish as im bushed and we got friends coming round for a bbq for lunch. Got the big PP game tonight and other than that i think this whole Triple Crown thing is near impossible how the hell Moorman does 2 in a month or something stupid like that i have no idea. Ok time for some breakfast so catch you all tonight.Â

So took the day off yesterday, in all aspects work (lol) and poker - took the family down to Wislet gardens and chilled out then watched a movie last night and got to bed early and now feel ready to smash it again.

In other news so was reading how JohnnyBax signed for Ultimate Bet the other day so i thought ok if theres one person who doesnt want his online rep burned its Bax right so i transferred some money from FTP - Neteller - UB and register for the 1st interesting tourney i see the $10k guaranteed $30 rebuy and lol dont i go knick 1st place so funny! So with that and the day befores Stars win i have 4 days left to complete a triple crown which is winning 3 tournaments with over 100 runners and a min of $10,000 prizepool. So guess who will be playing a lot of FTP and PP for the next 3-4 days.

In other news i moved up another place in the rankings which takes me to 9th in the UK, i think this is without my UB win which means i might even sneak 8th soon;

And somehow i am still ranked in the top 100 of the world for May!! unreal i know and when you see who is ranked above and below me you kind of think what the hell am i doing there;

My stats for May look real good at the mo - wouldnt mind a co9uple of months running like that - profit wise not cards wise which is kind of sick cause i have take some horrific beats at critical stages in big tournaments and if one or 2 of those pull through who knows how nice it would look!

I am even in profit for Stars for the month - omg you say!!! lol long may the sickness continue!
